The current Owner of GITP and the highest authority within the group. She oversees the overall welfare of the councils, pilots, graphic designers, merchants, and the entire administration. She is also the primary guardian of GITP's intellectual and intangible properties, ensuring the vision and integrity of the group remain intact.


The founder of GITP and the key person of the foundation of the group. He reserved the rights to use the power and authority of the administration if necessary. With that being said, he has everything in his control.


The one responsible for overseeing the welfare of the councils, pilots, graphic designers, merchants, and the overall functionality of the group. He holds the authority to approve or veto rules, and propositions, as well as to handle promotions and demotions within the group when necessary. Additionally, he ensures protocol and order are maintained. All legal matters and implementations within the group are under his leadership, and he retains the right to exercise the full powers of the administrative office when required.

GROUP POLICY

1. PLAGIARISM

Copying, taking inspiration, misrepresention, or by any means of unauthorized use of GITP property such as the GITP rights to its own design, ideas, originality, and concepts without proper authorization and permission are strictly prohibited. The GITP reserve the rights to its own creation and ideas.

The Minimum Pricelist of GITP, along with all data references, has been officially compiled and validated under the authority of GITP. This information is recognized as the official property of GITP. Any form of unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted without prior approval.

2. IRRATIONAL ACTIONS & IMPRUDENCE

Consider seeking advice, permission, or any word of authorization in the council before resolving to act relating to your employment status, group-related matters, representation of yourself as a part of GITP staffs, pilots, graphic designer, merchants, and even as a member including the representation of the group and its name.


3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In case of a valid legal request for the disclosure of the personal information of an applicant, GITP shall fully cooperate with the requesting authority in disclosing only such minimum necessary information required by law.


4. PILOT LIMITATIONS

Taking on commissions must align to your capabilities to handle. Pushing yourself to your limits will result to facing consequences accordingly.

4.1 Permitted and Verified Pilots

You are required to surrender your personal information alongside the other requirements in order to be hired here. You have to be permitted first before becoming a verified pilot on a promotional basis.

4.2 Agencies and Pages

Agency owners must be verified by the admins and/or moderators in order to build their own agency inside the group. However, by building an agency, you must be aware of your responsibilities and accountabilities as an agency owner. As an agency owner, you will be the ones to be held accountable whenever someone from your agency has been involved in an issue. You are tasked with the welfare of your agency members.
For the page, you can't use your personal sticker to promote using your page/agency nor you can have one in GITP and you need to seek for council approval for the page and agency sticker.

4.3 Personal Information Of the Pilots, GD, Merchants, Council

They are not allowed to provide any of their personal information to the client. To protect their privacy, we prohibit pilots from surrendering their personal information even if the pilot was asked to.


5. PERMITTED AND VERIFIED PILOTS

We will collect your personal information for the purpose of verifying your identity and background check. The applicants have the freedom to withdraw their application if this goes against your will and consent to comply with these requirements by simply refusing to proceed further with the application.

5.1 AGENCIES AND PAGES

Before establishing an agency, owners must obtain mandatory verification from group administrators or moderators. Agency ownership entails significant responsibility; you're accountable for your members' actions. Any issues involving your agency members will be your responsibility; their well-being is your concern.Furthermore, promoting your agency page with personal stickers is prohibited unless you're a verified pilot with council approval for both the page and sticker. Permitted pilots are not permitted to use agency stickers in GITP.

5.2 Personal Information of the Staffs

Under no circumstances are pilots permitted to disclose personal information to clients.  This is an absolute prohibition designed to safeguard pilot privacy and security.  Any violation of this policy will be subject to charging consequences within the group.


6. GITP CONDUCTS AND ETHICS

A. Professional Conduct

While personal issues are acknowledged, all staff, pilots, clients, and members are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and fulfill their responsibilities within the workplace. Personal matters must not interfere with professional duties.

B. Prohibited Activities

Pilots are absolutely prohibited from engaging in hacking or using unofficial third-party apps, websites, or services under any circumstances, regardless of client requests or compensation. This is a non-negotiable policy.

c. Mandatory Updates

pilots, graphic designers and merchants are required to provide timely updates on the status and progress of all client-commissioned tasks. This obligation begins immediately upon task acceptance.

D. Receipt Provision

Receipts must be issued to clients each transaction.

E. External Transaction Disclaimer

The administration bears no responsibility for transactions conducted outside of the established system.

F. Prohibited Top-Up Sites

Merchants are strictly forbidden from using any unrecognized, suspicious, unofficial, or illegal top-up sites.

G. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

All members are obligated to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding client information, financial transactions, and internal operational details. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is a serious breach of policy and will result in severe penalties. All members must adhere to data protection regulations and best practices to ensure the security and privacy of all sensitive information. In a case of the administration involvement, everyone shall cooperate fully with the requesting authority of the administration in disclosing only the minimum necessary information in the investigation and assessment of an issue.

COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENTNon-compliance with GITP rules, terms, and policies will result in disciplinary action, which may range from suspension to termination depending on the severity of the infraction. Negligence, misconduct, or failure to uphold organizational standards will not be tolerated. All members are reminded that conduct both within and outside of GITP directly impacts their employment and affiliation. Professionalism and exemplary behavior must be maintained at all times.
Once revoked and/or banned, an individual is strictly prohibited from offering services, joining agencies under GITP, or entering GITP through any means to provide services again, unless a formal exemption is granted by the GITP Councils.

GROUP RULE

1. Mandatory Use of Middlemen/Middlewomen (MM/MW)

To prevent scams, all transactions must utilize verified admins, moderators, or middlemen/women. Failure to do so releases the group and its management from any liability for resulting scams.


2. No Scamming & Account Beggars

Any attempt at scamming and pleas for accounts will result in immediate and permanent banishment from the group.


3. Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Promotion

Promoting services (including middleman/piloting services) or other groups/individuals without prior admin approval is strictly forbidden. Respect for the group's existence is mandatory.


4. Regular Review of Announcements

Members are required to regularly check the announcements section for updates, rule changes, and important information. Ignoring announcements is not an excuse for rule violations


5. PROOF OF LEGITIMACY REQUIRED

Pilots, graphic designers, merchants, and all group members must display their stickers and badges which is approved and authorized by this group administration when offering services. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination.


6. Restricted Sales

The sale of discounted game credits is prohibited unless the seller undergoes and passes a strict verification process by admins or moderators. Only game accounts are permitted for sale.


7. Mandatory Respectful Conduct

Kindness and respect are mandatory. Disrespectful behavior towards any members, especially admins and moderators, will not be tolerated.


8. STAFF AND PILOTS MISCONDUCT

Unprofessional conduct by staff or pilots will result in consequences ranging from warnings and limitations to suspension, demotion, permanent bans, and badge termination, depending on the severity.


9. English Language and appropriate communication

All communication must be in English. Inappropriate or indirect attacks on the council, without prior consultation, will be removed. Constructive feedback is welcome and will be addressed privately.


10. Adherence to Standard Pricing

Pilots must adhere to the group's minimum price list for services. Clients cannot impose prices below the established minimums. Clients are also limited to the free services explicitly offered by pilots. Violations will result in penalties.


11. Relevant Content Only

Irrelevant, inappropriate, or NSFW/18+ content is strictly prohibited. Use #OT (Other Topic) for irrelevant posts. The presence of minors in the group necessitates this policy.

Once asked for the requirements, applicants must provide all of them COMPLETELY or else their application will be rejected.⚠️ To become Verified / Permitted here in GITP, you will need to apply to Hiring Session that is opened by admins/mods of the group, apply the right way and follow administration instructions on how to apply. You can only offer piloting services, FREE or PAID, once you are verified / permitted. Fail to follow the rules will lead you to suspension and disqualified when attending to the H.S.

Expectation

Our group has high standards when hiring staff since we’re looking for people with high potential, so please make sure that you are ready to commit yourself and that you meet all the requirements for the role you’re applying for before applying.

POLICY

When your application has been accepted, please specify what name the staff who attended to your application will be putting on your sticker. Your FB account name should always match your sticker and common/widely used names are not allowed!! Be sure about the name you’ll be having on your sticker since there will be a cooldown when changing the name on your sticker/asking for a new one. You are not allowed to let other people use your verification sticker. You will need to register your agency to the administration if you want to let other members to use your sticker. Only verified pilots and higher positions are able to register agency.

REMINDER

The administrators WILL NOT answer and/or entertain your application if you fail to follow the guide. Your direct messages will be ignored if you don't apply the right way and go for our pm instead. As a group member of GITP, if you violated the group rules more than 2 times, your application will be rejected permanently from and Hiring Session.

Certified Merchant

GITP is not currently hiring new game-credit sellers. However, there are two valid ways to become a certified Merchant : Option 1 - Internal Promotion :- Must be a pilot, staff, or graphic designer holding verified or higher position within GITP Option 2 - Legal Documentation :- Must present valid legal documents and business permits- Submitted documents will undergo a verification process by GITP staff- Once verified, certification is granted even if merchant hiring is closed- Any tampered, fraudulent, or fake documents will result in application rejection and legal consequences

GITP's Minimum Rates

GITP has an official minimum pricelist. All members—especially pilots offering services within the group—must strictly adhere to this policy. According to the group pricelist, members and pilots are not allowed to offer services below the set minimum price, although they are free to offer higher rates. Any bundle priced below the minimum must be approved by the administration before being offered in the group. Bundle pricing may be offered at a maximum discount of 10% from the original price. Roles of a Midman/woman

In buy-and-sell activities, a "Midman" (short for "Middleman") is an intermediary who facilitates transactions between a buyer and a seller. The midman ensures a smooth, secure exchange by handling payments, verifying the goods or services, and reducing the risk of fraud for both parties.1. Escrow Role – The midman holds the payment or product until both sides fulfill their obligations.2. Trust and Security – Helps prevent scams, especially in online transactions.3. Negotiation and Mediation – Sometimes assists in price discussions and resolving disputes.4. Convenience – Saves time and effort for both the buyer and seller.

Basic process

1. Buyer and Seller Agree on a Deal- Both parties finalize the price, item details, and terms of the transaction.- They decide to use a trusted midman for safety.2. Choosing and Verifying a Midman- They select a reputable midman from a trusted platform or community.- Both parties verify the midman’s identity to avoid scams.3. Buyer Sends Payment to the Midman- Instead of paying the seller directly, the buyer sends the money to the midman (via bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrency, etc.).- The midman confirms they have received the payment.4. Seller Ships or Transfers the Product- The seller sends the item to the midman for verification (for physical goods like sneakers, electronics, or collectibles).- For digital goods (e.g., game accounts, NFTs, virtual items), the seller transfers the item to the buyer after confirmation from the midman.5. Midman Verifies the Item- If it's a physical product, the midman checks authenticity, condition, and whether it matches the deal.- If it's a digital item, they ensure proper transfer and security.6. Midman Releases Payment to Seller- Once everything is verified, the midman releases the payment to the seller.- If there’s an issue, the midman helps resolve it before completing the transaction.7. Buyer Receives the ItemIf it's a physical product, the midman ships it to the buyer.- If it's a digital product, the buyer confirms they received it properly.8. Transaction Completed- Both buyer and seller confirm the transaction is successful.- The midman may charge a small fee for their service.

When a seller provides their personal information (such as ID, phone number, or address, etc) to assure the buyer that they won’t scam, this is often called a "guarantee" or "personal assurance." However, this method is not always reliable in preventing scams. How This Works:The seller shares their real name, social media profiles, phone number, ID and other contacts.This is meant to build trust and convince the buyer that they won’t scam.If anything goes wrong, the buyer supposedly has a way to contact or report the seller using the information that they have provided. Why This is NOT a True Guarantee :1. Fake Information Can Be Used – Scammers can use fake IDs, temporary phone numbers, or stolen accounts to appear trustworthy.2. Information Doesn't Prevent Recovery Scams – Even if they provide real details, they can still recover the account or disappear after the deal.3. Difficult to Enforce – If a scam happens, having the seller’s personal info doesn’t guarantee you can take action, especially if they are in another country.What’s a Better Guarantee?✅ Use a Trusted Midman or Escrow Service – This ensures payment and account transfer are secure.
✅ Get Full Account Access – Always get the original email and change all security settings.
✅ Buy from Verified Sellers – Only deal with sellers who have a strong reputation in the community.
✅ Keep Transaction Records – Screenshots of the deal can help if you need to file a dispute.
Providing personal info might add some level of trust, but it’s not a true guarantee of safety. Always take extra precautions!

To ensure a midman/pilot is safe and trustworthy, follow these steps before using their services:
1. Verify Reputation and Reviews
• Check online reviews, feedback, or testimonials from previous users.• Look for their history on platforms like Facebook groups, Discord, or marketplaces.• Beware of new or unverified midmen with no track record.• Check the platform (groups, servers, site,etc) where they are active if the platform itself is a safe place or not.2. Use Only Trusted and Well-Known Midmen• In communities or marketplaces, ask for officially recognized midmen with a good reputation.• Many platforms have approved or recommended midmen lists.• Better to use Admins/ Moderators of groups that are set in public and open for legitimacy check post.3. Confirm Their Identity• Double-check their profile, username, and contact details. Scammers often impersonate real midmen, so always verify directly through official channels.4. Ask for Proof of Past Transactions• A legit midman should be able to show evidence of previous deals.• Look for screenshots, chat references, or vouches from trusted buyers/sellers.5. Avoid Midmen Who Rush or Pressure You• Scammers often rush deals to make you skip verification steps. Take your time to confirm everything before proceeding.6. Ensure They Use Secure Payment/Verification Methods•Trusted midmen typically use secure escrow services or platforms. Avoid those who ask for direct personal payments without security.7. Check for Red Flags• Offers too good to be true (e.g., extremely low fees or special deals).• Unwilling to show proof of identity or past transactions.• Newly created accounts with no history or a suspiciously high number of "fake" reviews. Final Tip:
If you're unsure, ask for recommendations from trusted community members or use an official escrow service instead of an individual midman.

If you encounter an online scammer or about to start a transaction with an unsure seller/buyer, follow these steps:1. Double check the legitimacy of the buyer/seller and Midman who are involved in the transaction• Before you start a transaction, you need to make sure the people you are in transaction with are legit.Always check their link to avoid scammers , posers.• It's better to save their link and check first before you start the transaction. So even if you are blocked, you will always have their account link to report!2. Do Not Share Personal Information• Never share sensitive details like your name, address, bank details, passwords, or OTPs unless you make sure the person you handling the information to is a trusted Midman / buyer.3. Report the Scammer•Social Media/Marketplace: Report their profile on the platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).•Bank/Payment Apps: If money is involved, inform your bank or payment service (PayPal, Venmo, etc.).4. Warn Others• Post on forums or scam reporting websites.• Inform friends and family to prevent them from falling for the same scam.
Note : When you report, ALWAYS INCLUDE THE SCAMMER LINK AND THEIR FULL NAME.
5. Secure Your Accounts•Change passwords if you’ve shared any details.•Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security.•Scan your device for malware and remove any suspicious log-in activities.

TIP: How to Get a Scammer's Facebook Profile Link Even If You’ve Been Blocked

1. Open chat history with the other party
Open your conversation with the scammer; even if you’re blocked, the chat will still be visible.
2. Find the “Share Contact” optionClick the Settings icon (usually in the top right corner of the chat), scroll down, and select “Share Contact” to send it to another chat or even to yourself.3. Get the profile link
Once you’ve shared the contact to another person or your alternate account, open the shared profile from that chat, this will allow you to view and copy the profile link, even if you’re blocked.

A verification sticker is a label or digital badge issued by a group administration to confirm that a person, account, or item is legitimate. It serves as proof that the individual or entity has met certain criteria set by the group, ensuring authenticity and trustworthiness to prevent impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access.

To determine if a verification sticker is legitimate, consider the following:1. Official Source – It should come directly from a specific group and from an admin or an authorized moderator of that group. Verify with them if unsure.
Check if the group that provides the sticker is legit or not.
2. Unique Design - Many verification stickers have a distinct design, watermark, or specific details that make them hard to fake. Compare it with official ones.3. Placement & Usage – Check where and how the sticker is used. If it's meant for a profile or ID, make sure it's in the correct format and location.4. Verification Process - Some groups have a process (e.g., checking IDs, answering questions) before issuing stickers. If someone gets one without following the process, it might be fake.5. Cross-Check with Admins – If in doubt, ask the group admins to confirm if a sticker is valid.If you suspect a fake verification sticker, report it to the group admins to prevent scams or impersonation.

5. Maintain Compliance
Verified members must continue to follow group rules. Any violations may lead to removal of the sticker.
