1. PLAGIARISM
Copying, taking inspiration, misrepresention, or by any means of unauthorized use of GITP property such as the GITP rights to its own design, ideas, originality, and concepts without proper authorization and permission are strictly prohibited. The GITP reserve the rights to its own creation and ideas.
1.1 GITP Rules, Terms, Policies, and Regulations:
The Rules, Terms, Policies, and Regulations of GITP are the exclusive property of the organization. They represent the official framework governing GITP operations and must be followed at all times. Unauthorized alteration, reproduction, or application outside approved contexts is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Minimum Pricelist of GITP
The Minimum Pricelist of GITP, along with all data references, has been officially compiled and validated under the authority of GITP. This information is recognized as the official property of GITP. Any form of unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted without prior approval.
1.3 GITP Designs and Layout
All design elements, structure, and visual layout of the GITP are owned by GITP. Any copying, modification, or use of these designs without authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. IRRATIONAL ACTIONS & IMPRUDENCE
Consider seeking advice, permission, or any word of authorization in the council before resolving to act relating to your employment status, group-related matters, representation of yourself as a part of GITP staffs, pilots, graphic designer, merchants, and even as a member including the representation of the group and its name.
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In case of a valid legal request for the disclosure of the personal information of an applicant, GITP shall fully cooperate with the requesting authority in disclosing only such minimum necessary information required by law.
4. PILOT LIMITATIONS
Taking on commissions must align to your capabilities to handle. Pushing yourself to your limits will result to facing consequences accordingly.
4.1 Permitted and Verified Pilots
You are required to surrender your personal information alongside the other requirements in order to be hired here. You have to be permitted first before becoming a verified pilot on a promotional basis.
4.2 Agencies and Pages
Agency owners must be verified by the admins and/or moderators in order to build their own agency inside the group. However, by building an agency, you must be aware of your responsibilities and accountabilities as an agency owner. As an agency owner, you will be the ones to be held accountable whenever someone from your agency has been involved in an issue. You are tasked with the welfare of your agency members.
For the page, you can't use your personal sticker to promote using your page/agency nor you can have one in GITP and you need to seek for council approval for the page and agency sticker.
4.3 Personal Information Of the Pilots, GD, Merchants, Council
They are not allowed to provide any of their personal information to the client. To protect their privacy, we prohibit pilots from surrendering their personal information even if the pilot was asked to.
5. PERMITTED AND VERIFIED PILOTS
We will collect your personal information for the purpose of verifying your identity and background check. The applicants have the freedom to withdraw their application if this goes against your will and consent to comply with these requirements by simply refusing to proceed further with the application.
5.1 AGENCIES AND PAGES
Before establishing an agency, owners must obtain mandatory verification from group administrators or moderators. Agency ownership entails significant responsibility; you're accountable for your members' actions. Any issues involving your agency members will be your responsibility; their well-being is your concern.Furthermore, promoting your agency page with personal stickers is prohibited unless you're a verified pilot with council approval for both the page and sticker. Permitted pilots are not permitted to use agency stickers in GITP.
5.2 Personal Information of the Staffs
Under no circumstances are pilots permitted to disclose personal information to clients. This is an absolute prohibition designed to safeguard pilot privacy and security. Any violation of this policy will be subject to charging consequences within the group.
6. GITP CONDUCTS AND ETHICS
A. Professional Conduct
While personal issues are acknowledged, all staff, pilots, clients, and members are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and fulfill their responsibilities within the workplace. Personal matters must not interfere with professional duties.
B. Prohibited Activities
Pilots are absolutely prohibited from engaging in hacking or using unofficial third-party apps, websites, or services under any circumstances, regardless of client requests or compensation. This is a non-negotiable policy.
c. Mandatory Updates
pilots, graphic designers and merchants are required to provide timely updates on the status and progress of all client-commissioned tasks. This obligation begins immediately upon task acceptance.
D. Receipt Provision
Receipts must be issued to clients each transaction.
E. External Transaction Disclaimer
The administration bears no responsibility for transactions conducted outside of the established system.
F. Prohibited Top-Up Sites
Merchants are strictly forbidden from using any unrecognized, suspicious, unofficial, or illegal top-up sites.
G. Confidentiality and Data Protection:
All members are obligated to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding client information, financial transactions, and internal operational details. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is a serious breach of policy and will result in severe penalties. All members must adhere to data protection regulations and best practices to ensure the security and privacy of all sensitive information. In a case of the administration involvement, everyone shall cooperate fully with the requesting authority of the administration in disclosing only the minimum necessary information in the investigation and assessment of an issue.
